The Tiny Team StuckInTheGlue Chipboard Challenge!
The hope of summer is everlasting, even when the rain is pouring down like it did this weekend here in Stockholm. But a gal can dream!
I have to admit I have treated myself to a fair share of ice cream lately, on some of the sunnier days, and this prompted me to take up mine and Therese’s little challenge we set ourselves a few weeks ago.
At the big craft crop we went to recently, one of the attending shops, the ever so lovely Fru Limegrön, gave us a little treat (as we rampaged through her stall, several times per day that weekend!). We both got this cute little set of ice cream chipboard:
So we decided to make something of it and post it here! The prize is that we will pat ourselves on the back and say “Good job!”. And possibly some more ice cream.
I decided to make one card with an ice cream cone, and one card with something resembling a unicorn-flavoured cupcake. I doesn’t look edible. But if I’d eat it. When promised the flavour of magical unicorn…
I chose to paint my chipboard with acrylic paint (Tim Holtz Distress Paint and Martha Stewart), since I have always felt that those paints look good enough to eat, and the stamped sentiments are from Paper Smooches.
Therese, it’s your turn! And the next blof meeting will be at an ice cream bar, m’key?
