Stuck in the glue mini challenge, my contribution pt 1

Hello summer and rain! Good Sunday evening!
I have found and used my chipboards for our challenge, however I only managed to make one card with one of the ice creams so I will share a part 2 later on. Here’s my first contribution! (When looking at it now I do think I need to add some glitter somewhere… hmm)

I’ve been shopping more than crafting and I actually used one of my very new dies from Lawn Fawn on this card and the background image is a project life card. I guess it’s better using them than keeping them in my stash. I haven’t really got caught in the beauty of project life just yet. I have a bunch of album pages to create before I’m ready :-)

There’s one thing I do regret with this card; the double faux stitching. It was a mistake I tried to cover up but it just made it worse and the glue was already dried when I decided to add the stitching. Oh well, the things we make are supposed to look hand made, aren’t them?

This post will be a shortie, I have to get back to getting messy with papier mâché paste and news paper strips. See ya in two weeks or so!
