My challenge contribu… is that distress ink?

Wednesday again and I’m late as usual! I did find my chipboards and I colored them and all but you know when you are supposed to make or do something and you somehow just end up doing something completely else? Like playing computer games or even cleaning? Yeah, exactly that happened. I even have a list of cards to make but I just can’t seem to find my mojo again so I youtube and try something new and forget about what I’m supposed to do.

So instead of showing you some awesome ice cream stuff or a birthday card for my soon to be 85 year old grandpa, I give you my clear embossed water colored stripe card with some color lifting! Inspired by Jennifer McGuire, or copied more or less!

I know less is more but I do feel like adding an olive on a stick or something in the glass, I just have to figure out how to make one that fits.

I used distress inks for the colors, clear embossing powder and a background stamp that was a bit small (hence the lines) but it was quite fun to make. The die is from MFT (first time using it, yay!) and the stamp from Mama Elephant. Not sure if the chevron stamp is from Prima or not, could be!

Okay so maybe next time I can give you something ice creamy or related, at least I’ve found them! Plus I actually have an Idea for how to use them so this should be doable!
